We have appointed a project team to commence early technical surveys of Cross Lanes Farms. This has informed a master planning exercise ahead of considering the potential for a planning application for a development at the site.

 

As the plans progress over the next few months, the team will be consulting and engaging with the local community. We have already hosted consultation events with local residents in 2022, including a public exhibition where residents were invited to learn more about the proposals, speak to the project team, and share their views. We are committed to ensuring that local feedback is listened to, reflected in proposals for the site, and that any development delivers genuine benefits to the community.
