Through M & M's 97-year history, we have established a proven track record in securing Local Plan allocations and planning consents in sensitive locations, from major urban mixed-use extensions to working with the Local Planning Authorities in the World Heritage cities of Edinburgh and Bath. M & M were awarded a 'Building with Nature' excellence award, which demonstrated best practice in creating a place to live with wildlife, wellbeing, and water.
