What happens next?

An outline application for around 450 dwellings and associated infrastructure and open space is being prepared for submission. Our aim is to deliver quality places through the planning and development process by working with the local community. We look forward to working with Wokingham Borough Council to realise the potential of Cross Lanes Farm, Arborfield, and help deliver sustainable growth locally.
